Phuthanang Motsielwa is a distinguished Chartered Accountant (SA) and Registered Auditor (RA) with 19 years of experience in the field. Her journey began with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Driven by her passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to make a difference, Phuthanang co-founded PSTM, an Assurance, Tax, and Advisory company. Through her leadership, PSTM has thrived, providing expert financial guidance and support to clients across various industries. Phuthanang has demonstrated her commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in her practice.

Phuthanang's involvement in the Fort Hare Foundation reflects her deep-rooted commitment to social impact and community development. She envisions leveraging her financial expertise to ensure the sustainable growth and impact of the foundation, fostering partnerships, enhancing transparency and accountability, and maximizing resources to create transformative opportunities for students, faculty, and communities served by the institution.
